Cloud Collective wins Microsoft Australia Partner Award for Mission Australia solution

November 29th, 2017

It’s official: Cloud Collective, a strategic alliance formed in April 2017 between Antares Solutions, Modality Systems and Quorum, has this week won its first Microsoft Australia Partner Award.

In a tough field of candidates, Cloud Collective was named a joint winner of the ‘A Cloud for Good Award for Excellence’ for its ongoing efforts to deliver digital transformation at Mission Australia.

This award recognises an innovative technology partner that has empowered a not-for-profit organisation to achieve greater efficiency or effectiveness by leveraging cutting-edge Microsoft cloud technologies.

Enabling agility at Mission Australia

Cloud Collective is proud to work with Mission Australia, a non-denominational charity that has supported vulnerable Australians for 155 years. The charity manages 450 programs to support individuals and families experiencing significant challenges ranging from homelessness to disadvantage, mental health problems, substance dependency and more.

It’s not easy operating in the not-for-profit sector, with the continuous threat of change in funding arrangements, growing client expectations and ever-changing stakeholder requirements. To survive, organisations must be flexible, efficient and resilient in the face of change – and that means leveraging technology to enable agility.

That’s why Mission Australia selected Cloud Collective to rethink its approach to information systems, improve its data management processes and enable fast, responsive decision-making.

“The Cloud Collective along with Microsoft are helping us to put in place essential infrastructure that will free our staff from administration hassles so that they can spend more time with clients to fully focus on what matters most; making a difference to people’s lives.” – Peter Smith, Chief Information Officer at Mission Australia.

We’re proud to support Mission Australia on its exciting journey towards a lean, simplified and collaborative future, which takes advantage of the cloud and the Microsoft stack.
