There are two separate components. First our tech readiness session, delivered by one of our engineering staff, ensures your organisation is ready to move forward. Second, a one-hour training session to get teams online and working. The key to make this process a success is access to our Helpline, where we triage user enquiries and either help with simple user questions, or refer to help-desk for more technical issues.
