The challenge

The client’s biggest challenge was a collaboration, with their leadership and staff located in various states across Australia.

Communicating via emails and telephone presented difficulties such as keeping track of conversations, slow responses and speed to action. It also made it difficult to promote the leadership program and encourage contribution.
